The status of a resident of Altai Technopark is granted to economic entities that meet the following requirements:

1. An economic entity is registered and carries out its innovative activity in the territory of the East Kazakhstan region.
2. An economic entity is a small and medium-sized business in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. The founder (head) of a small or medium-sized entrepreneurial entity is not the founder (head) of several entities that have applied for the status of the Technopark resident, or is not the founder (head) of the current resident company of the Technopark.
4. Implemented innovation project(s) and statutory activities correspond to the established priority areas.
